Q: WHAT IS A WEDDING CONCIERGE LIAISON?

A: I am here for our #NeroliToBeWeds, for any and all needs! First and foremost, I will coordinate requested appointments for hair and makeup for you & your wedding party. I’m also happy to assist with reserving trial run reservations, nail services a day or two prior, as well as coordinating all of your wedding preparation appointments (from skincare, to highlights, lash extensions, spray tans and everything in between!). Beyond that, I am devoted to make your wedding day as perfect and special as it should be.

Q: HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED WITH NEROLI?

A: I have been with Neroli 14 years, and 8 of those years managing special occasion group reservations.

Q: HOW DO YOU HELP TO-BE-WED'S ON THEIR BIG DAY?

A: I’m passionate about organization — so I help keep things as smooth as possible because I understand how many little details there are to manage. When you call or email me to schedule, we’ll talk about your venue location as well as photography plans so that we can create the best timeline for your wedding beauty services. I will create an initial itinerary so that you have all the information about your Neroli visit in one place. I will also communicate updates on the itinerary if you need to make any adjustments, as well as touch base the week before your big day for one final confirmation. I can help coordinate all the details as well. We can have services paid for in advance so that your wedding day starts as seamlessly as possible. If you need any information or assistance scheduling hotel rooms or limo services for your & and your guests, I’m here for you!

Q: WHAT WEDDING SERVICES DO YOU HELP COORDINATE?

A:Maybe you and your partner want to come in a few days before and enjoy massages together to unwind before the festivities. I love to help set up trial runs for your hair and makeup with our talented team 4-8 weeks before your wedding. I’ll help you get detailed services scheduled for your entire wedding party, including facial hair, so everyone is looking picture-perfect. I am also happy to get wedding gifts prepared for your party — whether you’re thinking about gifting some products or gift cards towards services, I can coordinate those as well. I’m all about getting to know you and your needs so I can make personalized recommendations. Weddings are never “one size fits all.”

Q: HOW OFTEN ARE YOU IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE TO-BE-WED'S?

A: As little or as much as you need! I’m here to answer questions or make changes through all steps of the process. Or, if you just want to get everything set up 6 months in advance and leave it at that, I’ll just circle back the week before your wedding with final confirmation. But, in the meantime, I’m available to you as you need. I will also mail you a postcard after you schedule initially to help you build your beauty timeline before you tie the knot.

Q: WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT BEING A WEDDING CONCIERGE LIAISON?

A: I enjoy working with excited groups and find it exhilarating to be surrounded by positivity. I love being the go-to person for truly such a special event in someone’s life. There is no such thing as a bad question even if it doesn’t have to do with hair or makeup. Also, the overall part of being involved in the planning process and helping to make connections with the perfect nail designer or esthetician or massage therapist — and ensuring that you feel beautiful & cared for!

Q: HOW MANY WEDDINGS HAVE YOU BEEN A PART OF IN THAT TIME?

A: I have participated in over 1200 weddings. I also help to plan Bach parties (typically nail and spa services) a month prior to the wedding.

Q: WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE MOMENTS AS A WEDDING CONCIERGE LIAISON?

A: Receiving personal thank you’s from to-be-weds and the wedding party. For one to-be-wed, we designed and constructed a last-minute luxurious wedding changing suite for their entire wedding party and their dresses inside one of our salons, when they ran out of time to book a hotel prior to the wedding service.

Q: WHY SHOULD SOMEONE CHOOSE NEROLI FOR THEIR WEDDING?

A: We are in a unique position to have someone full time as a continued contact from first call to last minute day-of prep questions as well as follow-up after. This level of service is not something you will find at many other top salons. This role is in place to make sure that you feel supported in planning, scheduling, and creating the perfect start to your wedding day. I always put together a detailed itinerary that includes timing, services, team pricing, gratuity for easy budget planning and cost sharing.
Also, our technical team is also extraordinary and is constantly completing additional education to make sure they are consistently polishing their hair finishing, makeup application and wedding nail art skills. They also make it a point to stay up on trends so that we can help make suggestions to you as you’d like them. We consult on what services work for you and add that personalization aspect to the whole planning experience. If someone has specific skin, nail or hair concerns we customize all products and services around them.

Q: WHAT SIGNATURE AMENITIES DO WE OFFER AS PART OF OUR WEDDING CONCIERGE SERVICE?

A: Spa groups are invited to arrive early for steam showers, foot soaks and signature Aveda Comforting Tea in our relaxation suites. We also offer a catering menu for wedding parties to enjoy while they are receiving services. I also help organize transportation such as limo and car services and hotel accommodations for to-be-weds new to the city.

Q: DO WE TRAVEL OFF-SITE?

A: Our team will travel off-site for Diamond Tier Loyalty Members, other guests are invited to our salons and spas for services.

Q: HOW BIG OF A GROUP CAN WE ACCOMMODATE AND IS THERE A LIMIT ON NUMBER OF SERVICES?

A: We are happy to try to accommodate as many people as you have in your party but ultimately it depends on staffing. A group of 10 is about the average. Parties that are joining for spa services tend to be a little smaller. Smaller groups have more flexibility, especially if only seeking salon services, we can utilize our Brookfield, Mequon and East Side locations.

A: At least 6months advance, preferably a year. It’s never too soon because we can build a complete timeline to get you prepared. The more notice the better, because it just means we have more time to plan all the small details that make it a memorable and stress-free experience.

A: “Do you offer airbrush makeup and lash extensions?” YES! Airbrush Makeup and Lash Extension services are both definitely “worth it.” They make such an impact on your wedding day look and the final photography. Plus, if you’re headed to your honeymoon right after, how great to wake up with gorgeous lashes and save time on your makeup routine while you are celebrating your newly-married life.
