Self-Booking & Standing Reservations Explained 

To make reserving your appointments easier and ensure you receive the day and time you prefer, we are sharing with you everything you need to know about reservations at Neroli Salon & Spa! We’ll be reviewing how to reserve an appointment, how to keep each appointment at the same time and day, and why it’s important to reserve an appointment in advance.

WHAT IS SELF-BOOKING?

Self-booking is when our guests utilize our Neroli reservations system online or our app to reserve a specific time slot for your desired service at Neroli. Online and on our app you can not only pick the specific time, day and location of your appointment, but you can also choose the service provider you’d like to see as well.

Self-booking can be used by anyone! It is especially useful for those who have busy schedules and prefer to jump on our app and schedule their appointments anytime, anywhere, 365 days a year.

We use a top-of-the-line online booking system to schedule your reservations on our website. We are always looking for ways to make our website more reliable for our guests, and incorporating an online reservation system was a must. We also recently added a new feature where you can now view our availability for the service you’re looking to schedule across all our nearby locations.  

Bonus: Guests can also easily make notes on their service and add upgrades while booking online.  

Our online reservation system offers zero limitations to the guest and provides you with all available options, exactly as our wonderful Guest Service team will do so on the phone.

WHAT ARE STANDING RESERVATIONS?

A standing reservation is an on-going reservation for a repeated service that occurs at the same Neroli location, time, and day of the week or month. Guests can book out for the next two years at the same time with the same provider. Each location has a personal liaison who handles standing reservations to ensure our standing reservation guests are scheduled accordingly.  

WHO SHOULD USE STANDING RESERVATIONS?

Guests who enjoy going to the same service provider for their services each time should consider setting up standing reservations. It’s also a great option for those who like having their schedules planned out far in advance.  

Plenty of our standing reservation guests like using this reservation because it’s easier for them to keep track of the date and time of their appointment.  

*Please note, standing reservations are for guests who are serious about having their appointment scheduled on the same day and time every week/month.

Pre-Book With Ease: Guests can book out in advance for up to two years! You’ll never have to worry about making sure you get the service you want on the day and time you prefer or with your favorite service providers.  

Be The First To Know: Standing guests are usually the first to hear what’s new at Neroli. For example, whenever there may be price changes at our salon & spa, those changes are communicated via email with our standing guests first. We appreciate our guests for their time and dedication in choosing Neroli as their preferred salon and spa and we want our guests to know that they are considered and involved in any new changes that may have an impact on them. 

Neroli Family: Standing guests are guests who continually visit Neroli for services, and one of the rewards this brings for our team and our standing guests is the long-term relationship that we build. We love seeing our guests as frequently as possible, as we strongly value our relationships with our guests. 

OUR GUEST SERVICE TEAM

If you’d rather make your appointment over the phone, you absolutely can! We have a guest service team who answer guest calls in our call center. The guest service team is extremely knowledgeable of all the services we offer and our service providers. You can call Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 7pm to schedule or get your questions answered with one of our guest service team members.  

RESERVATIONS MADE EASIER

By utilizing our quick and easy reservation methods, you will be able to reserve the exact day and time you prefer for your services. We advise not waiting too long to reserve your service, optimal time is to reserve 3-4 weeks at minimum before your preferred date.
