Where In The World Is The Neroli Team: Melbourne, Australia
We arrived in Melbourne on Tuesday around 4:30pm. Driving to Larwill Studio, we passed a group of kangaroos in the distance.
Melbourne is very different from Sydney and Cairns. It is less tropical, with more of an artistic city feel. Similar to New York or Chicago, there is a lot of graffiti, murals, artists, musicians, and great shopping.
Four of us had cocktails at the rooftop bar of a funky, trendy place called Naked For Satan in a hip neighborhood called Fitzroy. Dinner followed at The Birmingham Hotel on the busy Smith Street nearby. We met up with everyone else downtown at the Crown Casino for wine, and walked along the Yarra river admiring the city lights at night.
It was a great start to exploring this city!
