The past couple days were a blur.
We had a free day after our shoot on Gozo an spent the first part of it exploring Citadella in Victoria, then headed to Comino Island to swim in the blue lagoon. It’s the end of jellyfish season here in Malta… so it was more like swimming in an open water obstacle course trying not to get stung by a jelly or poked by the puffers. Good times!! I made it unscathed, but one of the other girls did unfortunately get stung while “working on [her] front tan” floating along.
The next day was spent traveling to Valletta for our final photoshoot. The vibe for this one was quite the opposite of our last one. Contemporary, in a more modern setting with bold colors and structural styling.
The town square, and all of the tourists, set the first scene… and well, you’ll have to wait to see where the rest goes. ????
All in all the day was incredible!! So much beautiful fashion, and hair, and makeup. And I got to play on BOTH teams today, hair AND makeup, so that was fun. The collaboration of everyone involved was a beautiful thing.
My legs are definitely sore from ALL the stairs and hills… but it was all worth it! Just going to have to book myself a massage with Mason to work out some of these kinks I guess!!
