Walnuts contain Omega3 essential fatty acids. Omega 3 essential fatty acids allow water and nutrients into the body, which in turn helps with the skin’s elasticity. These nuts are loaded with copper, a mineral that help boost collagen production. The recommended daily serving of walnuts is one ounce, or about 12-14 walnut halves.


Strawberries are rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C. Vitamin C fights free radicals and helps with the production of collagen fibers. This helps keep the skin smooth and prevents the skin from sagging. Also, vitamin C helps with reducing the brown spots on the skin.

Vitamin K helps with keeping your skin clear and reduces skin inflammation because it promotes blood circulation.
