Cancellation Policy
At Neroli Salon & Spa, we value your time and strive to provide each guest with the best possible service. To ensure all guests have the opportunity to enjoy our services, we kindly request the following:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will incur a charge of 50% of the service price.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome walk-ins based on availability, but we highly recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and service provider.

Yes, we offer Curated Experiences—thoughtfully designed service combinations perfect for gifting. Additionally, you can enjoy a 10% savings by purchasing your appointments in packages of three or more.
What are New Talent Hair Services?
Our hair designers who offer new talent services are licensed cosmetologists who refine their skills through ongoing education in our Advanced Training Masters Program. They offer the same high-quality services at a lower price point, reflecting the longer appointment times and occasional coaching during the service.
