At Neroli North Shore, parking is easy and convenient with a dedicated parking lot right outside our location. No need to worry about street parking or paid lots—simply park and enjoy your visit with us!

For salon guests, we suggest arriving at least 5 minutes early to check in, select your nail color if applicable, enjoy a warm or cool aromatic towel, and take a moment to relax before your appointment. For spa guests, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to change into our luxurious Neroli robe and slippers, and unwind in the relaxation room with a cup of Aveda Comfort Tea or infused water, while enjoying a warm, invigorating foot bath before your treatment.

Neroli does offer self-check-in through our Neroli app, that allows you to check yourself in for your appointment to bypass the front desk and head straight to your designated area.

Yes, the North Shore location does have a specific couples massage room. But we don’t book couples massages as one appointment. They need to be booked individually under the name’s of the individuals or under the host of the group.

We offer a co-ed changing suite with private changing rooms to ensure your comfort and privacy. The suite is equipped with three steam showers, lockers, and a full selection of hair, skin, and body products for your convenience.

Wi-Fi is available at Neroli North Shore, and we offer a color processing bar if you need a space to work. Please keep in mind that this is a shared area, so if you need to take extended work or personal calls, we kindly ask that you step outside to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Guests will receive a special birthday coupon via email during their birthday month. This coupon can be applied to their next service and is valid for 60 days from the email’s receipt. To redeem the coupon, simply present the email during check-in or checkout. Please note, the coupon is for one-time use only and is non-transferable.
