You’re automatically enrolled in our loyalty program when you book your first appointment— no sign-up required!
How do I earn points?
You earn points on every service you book with us. Points accumulate automatically with each visit. Other ways to earn points are based on leaving feedback, booking an appointment, birthday, and more
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for money towards future services at checkout.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 2 years from the earned date.
Can I use points for retail products?
Points can be redeemed for services only, not for retail products.
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance by asking a team member during your visit or through your account on our app.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There’s no limit! The more services you book, the more points you earn.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
Do points apply to all services?
Yes, points are earned on all services offered at Neroli Salon & Spa.
