The Neroli Loyalty Rewards Program has four tiers – Gold, Platinum, Premier and Diamond. Tiers are based on your spend on services within a 12-month time period. Your status in a particular tier is maintained if you spend enough on eligible purchases to qualify for that tier each following year. The more you purchase, the more privileges you earn.
No sign up required! You are automatically enrolled upon the completion of your first service at any Neroli location.

Points can be redeemed towards services at any Neroli location. You must have a minimum of 5,000 points and points are redeemable in $5 increments.

Your rewards points are available on the Neroli App. Download the Neroli Salon & Spa App and create a user profile—your points will be visible under the loyalty tab of your account 1 business day after your purchase.
You are able to use your rewards points towards services when you have accumulated 5,000 points.

Neroli rewards points expire 2 years from the date of your enrollment.
