I was a guest to Neroli prior to my career here. I always loved the bliss of walking into such a calming space. All team members work hard to provide guests with a 5-star experience from the minute they walk into the time they check out. With the right people working in a space, I feel that the flow and energy radiate to the guest, and they can feel that. There are many opportunities outside of the location to grow your clientele. I’ve always loved helping with fashion shows, event parties, bridal, etc. Most salons and spas do not offer benefits, but working at Neroli I can even ensure my fur babies have insurance in case of any emergency! I also love the discounts on products and services when there is an opportunity.

First known as The Skin Institute Esthetic Training Center, The Institute of Beauty and Wellness was founded in 1994 by Susan Haise and was the beginning of an era. Offering programs in Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, Barbering, Manicuring, Esthiology, Ayurveda Esthiology, and Instructor Training — this was just the start of what is now known as Edgeless Beauty Group.

Edgeless Beauty Group has grown to include The Institute of Beauty and Wellness, Neroli Salon & Spa, SKN BAR Rx, Lash Addict, Urban Ayurveda, Ultra Skin Solutions, and is a member of the Intercoiffure of America and Canada creating a world of endless possibilities for all our team members.
